New month, new data set. We’ve updated the NUMO New Mobility Atlas to reflect changes to the dockless shared mobility landscape in cities around the world.

Here’s a peek at what’s new...

  • 516 unique cities
  • 389 scooter operations
  • 343 dockless bike operations*
  • 141 moped operations

And here’s how the dockless shared mobility landscape has changed in light of the COVID-19 pandemic and recovery…

  • 137 operations relaunched after being previously suspended because of public health and safety concerns related to COVID-19
  • 12 operations launched for the first time since April 1, 2020
  • 56 operations ceased to exist since April 1, 2020
  • 285 operations remain suspended
