Cities are on the front lines of the COVID-19 pandemic and are facing significant challenges such as how to provide reliable transportation for health and other essential workers while promoting public safety. In Resilience & Transportation: Lessons from China's & Bangladesh's Responses to COVID-19, Daizong Liu of WRI China Ross Center for Sustainable Cities provides an overview of how cities in China have acted in the face of mobility challenges related to COVID-19 and recovery. Binayak Chakraborty of TUMI shares how the Singra Municipality of Bangladesh is piloting e-rickshaws as an efficient adaptation method against the new coronavirus, and DiDi's Mi Yang and Shuai Ren reflect on how the shared transportation company has evolved services during the pandemic.
